CANCELLATION POLICY

Reschedules. You are allowed 1 reschedule with a minimum of 12 hours notice. A second reschedule will result in forfeit of deposit. If you need to reschedule in less than 12 hours, your booking deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new booking deposit. Deposits. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This will be deducted from your final payment. POLICIES. Late Policy. Please text or call ENTER NUMBER HERE as a courtesy to let me know you're running behind! Life happens. 15 min late is considered a no show, you will forfeit your deposit and will need to required to make another deposit if you'd like to reschedule. 15 min late will cut into an appointment after you, it's crucial you show up on time! No Shows. You will be required pay another deposit and you will need to pay your 1/2 of your total up front if you book again. Should you miss your second appointment, I will not take you as a future client and no refunds will be given. I completely understand that life happens sometimes. 10-15 minutes late can throw off a whole day. I allow exactly how much time I need for each appointment, so 15 minutes late, means 15 minutes into someone else's appointment. I will not move other clients appointments back because you were running late. I will not rush through your appointment and try to make the time slot work, that's not fair to you or your face/body.
